Forget McDonalds, Burger King, and all of the other "fast food" joints. Lunch at the counter in any Woolworth was a treat.

If any of you have doubt about what we kids paid for a coke and a sandwich at Woolworths (How many don't remember what Woolworth's was?) in the 1950's.

Here's proof of the ERA we lived in....... and it was a Great ERA to grow up in !!!!
